How to Create a Ticket in Our Portal

Step-by-step

1. Navigate to our portal and sign in with the same user credentials you registered for Cognite Hub.

2. Click the Submit a request link in the top right corner.

3. In the Submit request form please fill the required field.
   Required fields: Subject, Description, Urgency, Impact, Product, and Component.

   

4. Finally, click the Submit button.
