Step-by-step

Navigate to the Cognite Support Portal and click on your user profile.

From the profile dropdown menu, select My activities.

Under the My request tab you can view the tickets that you have raised and some ticket information such as Subject, ID, Created, Last activity and Status.

Select the ticket and open the ticket.

Then click the Add to conversation text area then add the comment to the ticket.

Finally, click the submit button.
